Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Victoria — and I support adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally triggered, or stuck in people-pleasing cycles.

If you’re constantly overthinking, bottling up emotions, or putting others first while silently struggling—you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with appear to have it all together on the outside, but inside, they’re exhausted and unsure how to break free from the same patterns.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I help you reconnect with yourself in a grounded, collaborative way. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful method for healing the deeper roots of anxiety and trauma. I also integrate CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to create a tailored, flexible therapy experience.

My background includes a BA in Sociology from the University of Guelph, and an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I’m committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices.

More than anything, I want therapy with me to feel safe, supportive, and human. You don’t need to have the “right words.” Just come as you are — I’ll meet you there.

Outside of the therapy room, I recharge in nature or through DIY projects. I am currently crocheting a blanket! I believe healing begins in the quiet, everyday moments where we finally reconnect with ourselves.
