Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, strange, and sometimes overwhelming.

We aim to make the process very smooth and simple, whether this is your first time starting or you're looking for a new therapist.

Step 1: Decide you are ready for therapy

Step 2: Take a look around our website

Here at VB Psychotherapy, we have a qualified psychotherapist that can help with a variety of issues. Take a look at the bio to get a feel for the overall approach and vibe.

Step 3: Book a free consultation

This is a casual, no-pressure 15-minute phone or video chat. Your therapist will introduce themselves, ask a little about what’s bringing you to therapy (you’re welcome to keep details private for now), and answer any questions you have.

Finding the right fit between client and therapist is key for success, and this consultation helps us make sure it feels like a good match for both of us.

Step 4: Book your first session

During your consultation, you’re welcome to book your first session right away—or take some time to think it over. Sessions can be booked by calling directly at 437-757-1615.

When you’re ready to move forward, your therapist will send you an intake form to complete before your first session.
